Easy Tabbouleh Salad Recipe How to Make Tabbouleh Salad with Fresh Ingredients

Tabbouleh Salad
It is one of the most popular Lebanese salads with fresh veggies. It is seriously fresh and healthy and completely vegan. Try it, enjoy it and share the recipe with your friends who are into healthy living!
Ingredients
1 cup broken wheat soaked in hot water
tea spoon black pepper
1 table spoon lemon juice
4 table spoons olive oil
1 cucumber chopped
I tomato , chopped
Parsley & mint leaves
6 garlic cloves chopped
Sea salt
Olive oil
Method
In a bowl take thechoppedgarlic along with broken wheat , add salt, black pepper , lemon juice and olive oil &whisk well
Add Sea salt& black pepper& lemon juice& olive oil and mix
Add parsley, mix and keep aside
Peel and chop 1 cucumber into small pieces
Cut tomato into small pieces
Add the soaked broken wheat and mix well
Add the chopped cucumber & tomato
Mix well
Add mint leaves at the end and serve with pita breads
