Easy stir fried brown rice with vegetables

Ingredients:
2 cups of brown rice
4 medium-size carrots
cup green beans
runner peas (optional)
1 green bell pepper
25 cl vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground crayfish
3 chicken stock cubes
1 medium bulb onions
3 scotch bonnet peppers or black pepper powder
Salt to taste
