Easy Slow Cooker Christmas Ham Crockpot Gammon Recipe

The easiest ever recipe for Christmas Ham, cooked in a slow cooker or crockpot with apple juice and then coated in a delicious honey mustard gaze. Absolutely perfect for the festive season and a great way to feed a crowd cheaply and with minimal stress!

Ingredients:

For the ham:
1 or 2 white onions
2 - 2.5kg gammon
1 litre / 4 cups apple juice
10 black peppercorns
5 whole cloves
2 star anise
2 bay leaves

For the glaze:
handful of whole cloves
4 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp dijon or french mustard
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp all spice
