Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 grams
Everest Shahi Paneer Masala - 1 sachet
Onion - 1 cup
Tomato - 1 cup
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 12
Cashews - 12
Green chilli - 1
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Everests Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted kasuri methi -1 tsp
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic Naan:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Curd - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Eno - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Nigella seeds - 1 tsp
Butter
Recipe:
Add onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, green chilli and cashews in a pressure cooker.
Add 1 cup of water and a little salt.
Boil it for 2 -3 whistles on medium flame.
Put it into a blending jar and blend it.
Strain it and keep it aside.
Heat oil and butter and shallow fry the paneer and take out.
Add oil and add turmeric and red chilli powder, mix it well.
Add blended paste and Everest Shahi Paneer Masala.
Cook it for 3-4 mins on low flame.
Add water and let the curry boil.
Add fried paneer and fresh cream
Add roasted kasuri methi and turn off the flame.
Serve hot with laccha onion and garlic naan.
