Berry Scones:
2 large strawberries, quartered and sliced
cup blueberries
1 egg yolk
cup heavy cream
teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
cup sugar
tablespoon baking powder
teaspoon salt
1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Granulated sugar, for sprinkling
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoons hot water

High Tea Finger Sandwiches:
4 slices white bread
2 oz cream cheese, room temp
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
1 small cucumber, peeled, and thinly sliced
4 slices of wheat bread
1 cup egg salad

Sunflower Chocolate Mousse Bites:
1 cup heavy cream
cup dark chocolate
teaspoon vanilla extract
cup powdered sugar
1 cup Yellow candy melts
Chocolate sprinkles

Apple Pie Bites:
cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon (+ extra for sprinkling on top)
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of melted butter
teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 granny smith apple, sliced into 1/2 slices
1 tube of crescent rolls
Strawberry Cheesecake Bites:
stick (1 oz) unsalted butter, softened
2 oz cream cheese, softened
teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup powdered sugar
6 large strawberries cut in half
1 graham cracker, smashed into crumbs
