Heat oil in a pan. Fry cumin and blanched almonds. Add chopped onions and garlic. Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Cook for 2-3 mins. Take this mixture in a blender and form a smooth paste with some water. In the same pan, add paneer pieces. Cook for 2-3 mins. Add tomato puree. Cook further for 4-5 mins. Add onion paste.
