Ingredients

160 ml Manuka Honey
85 g rolled oats
30 g desiccated coconut
30g rice krispies
150 g roasted mixed nuts (chopped walnuts, almonds and cashew nuts)
50 g mixed dried fruits (raisins and cranberries)
100 g Reese Peanut Butter Chips

Honey mixture

2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
3 1/2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 tbsp condensed milk
1/2 tsp salt
