Chef Jason Hill shows how to make an easy Italian vinaigrette dressing in this episode of Chef Tips. This Italian vinaigrette salad dressing has a lot of ingredients, but it comes together quickly thanks to the use of a blender or food processor. The ingredients you'll need include:1 tablespoons garlic-shallot puree1 tablespoon fresh oregano1/4 cup red wine vinegar1 cup wine wine vinegar2-3 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes1 tablespoon dry mustard (Coleman's brand is best)1/3 cup white sugar3/4 cup water1 cup extra virgin olive oil4 cups canola oil1 tablespoon kosher salt2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepperMix all ingredients in a blender or food processor, making sure to drizzle in the oils last, followed by the salt and pepper. Store in the refrigerator up to 6 weeks, or even freeze it for a few months. This makes enough to last quite a while.Top this on Jason's chopped salad, found here: http://youtu.be/oXeT53IDvqo SUBSCRIBE! http://tinyurl.com/kfrblj7LIKE ME ON FACEBOOK http://www.Facebook.com/ChefTips FOLLOW ME ON TWITTER https://twitter.com/ChefTipsFOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM http://instagram.com/ChefTips
