UPMA:
1 cup Suji
2 tbsp Oil/Ghee
Some Peanuts
Cashews
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Chana Dal
Urad Dal
2-3 Chopped Green Chillies
Finely chopped Ginger
Curry Leaves
1 - finely chopped Onions
Diced Carrot
Some Green Peas
2 ½ Cup Water
1.5 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Calrified Butter/Ghee
Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander
Add fried Peanuts and Cashews

POHA:
250gms Poha
2 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Raw Peanuts
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves
Slit Green Chillies
1 Chopped Onion
Salt
1 tsp Sugar (Optional)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Some boiled and cubed Potatoes
1 - chopped Tomatoes (Optional)
Salt
Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Lemon juice
Fried Peanuts
Fresh Coriander
Garnish with some Onions
Peanuts
Pomegranate
Fresh Coriander
