1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour

Coating:
cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Chocolate sauce:
cup heavy cream
1 tsp espresso powder
tsp vanilla extract
tsp cinnamon
5 oz dark chocolate
