Set aside for 10 minutes.Stir the salt into the flour.Combine the wet and dry ingredients.Knead/mix the dough for about 15 minutes. When the dough comes together in a smooth lump, it's ready to rest.Cover the dough for a minimum of 1 hour (the longer the better). I proofed mine for 3 hours today.Split the dough as desired and work each piece with well greased hands. I made six 5" breads.In a well greased pan, cook until bubbles float to the surface and the bread gets golden brown.
