Easy Eggless Cookies Recipe | Eat East Indian

My mom doesn't eat eggs and for her I often make these eggless cookies. I add chocolate chips in them and my kids love them too.

Ingredients and recipe:
1cup oats + wholewheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup veg oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp pandan leaves essence- Kewra
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp milk
handful of chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix flour/oats with baking soda, salt and chocolate chips. Set aside. Blend other ingredients together. Mix the two. Form cookie dough and place small portions on the baking sheet. Smoothen/Flatten them out with spatula or back of your measuring cup. Bake for 10-12 mins or until bottom turns golden brown.
Let cool and serve with chai tea.
