Mix flour/oats with baking soda, salt and chocolate chips. Set aside. Blend other ingredients together. Mix the two. Form cookie dough and place small portions on the baking sheet. Smoothen/Flatten them out with spatula or back of your measuring cup. Bake for 10-12 mins or until bottom turns golden brown. Let cool and serve with chai tea.
