Poblano Pasta:
- 1 chile poblano (boiled)
- 1/2 to 1 cup Coconut milk
- Onion powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Cilantro
- 1.5 cup of cooked pasta

Sweet Corn Pasta:
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1/2 to 1 cup Coconut milk
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1.5 cup of cooked pasta

Stir Fry Pasta:
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 TBP ginger
- 1 TBP Garlic
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 TBP tamari sauce
- 1.5 cup cooked pasta

Lemon Herbs Pasta:
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 or half lemon or lime
- 1.5 cup cooked pasta

Spicy Garbanzo Pasta:
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1 can of cooked garbanzos or 1 cup
- 1 to 2 TBP of chipotle powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1.5 cup of cooked pasta
