Ingredients
• 2 cups or 250 grams of all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/8 cup oil
• 150g mozzarella cubes
• Oil for greasing
• ¼ cup+2tbsp water for kneading

To proof yeast:
● ½ cup lukewarm water
● 7-8 grams of instant dry yeast
● 4 tsp powdered sugar

For the garlic butter
● 100g butter
● 1 tbsp crushed garlic
● Parsley, finely chopped
