Shahi Tukray Recipe in English

Ingredients for Fried Bread:
Bread slices as required
Oil as required

Ingredients for Malai Mixture:
NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk 1 litre
Sugar 1 cup
Khoya 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Saffron 1 pinch
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 pack

Ingredients for Assembling:
Fried bread as required
Malai mixture as required
Almonds (chopped) as required
Pistachios (chopped) as required
Silver paper as required

Directions for Fried Bread Preparation:
1. Take the bread slices and remove their edges. Now cut them in triangular shape.
2. In a pan heat oil and place triangular bread slices. Fry them until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Directions for Malai Mixture Preparation:
3. In a pot heat NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk, sugar and bring it to a boil.
4. Now add khoya, cardamom powder, saffron and cook for 8-10 mins.
5. Turn off flame the flame and add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream. Mix it well and turn on the flame cook for 1 minute. Your Malai Mixture is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
6. In a dish place fried bread slices, pour malai mixture over them.
7. now garnish it with chopped almonds, pistachios and silver paper.
8. Your Malai Shahi Tukray are ready to serve.
