I loved this Easy Baba Ganoush recipe even more than Hummus and I really like Hummus. To me Baba Ganoush is a bit lighter and nicer texture. I hope you guys enjoy this recipe and give Vegan Baba Ganoush a try on your own and add it to your vegan recipe collection.
