Roasted Chivda:
Poha/thin child - cups
Raw peanuts -1/2 cup
Cashews -1/4 cup
Raisins -1/4 cup
Dry coconut-1/4 cup
Green chilli-3 to 4
Chat masala -1/2 tsp
Black salt- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Dry mango powder(aamchur)-1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
Cooking oil-1/2 cup

Gujiya/karanji:
All purpose flour(maida)- 1.5 cups
Semolina(sooji)- 1 cup
Ghee-5 tbsp
Dry nuts (chopped)-1/4 cup
Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
Desiccated coconut-1/4 cup
Powdered sugar -3/4 cup
Cooking oil for frying

ShakkarPara:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Semolina - 2 tbsp(optionel)
Powdered sugar -1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee -3 tbsp
Cooking oil to fry

Namapara:
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Ghee -1/4 cup
Carom seeds(ajwain)- 1 tbsp
Chat masala powder -1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes (optional)- 1 tsp
Cooking oil to fry

Mathri:
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Ghee -1/4 cup
Carom seeds(ajwain)- 1 tbsp
Chat masala powder -1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes (optional)- 1 tsp
Cooking oil to fry


Bengali Nimiki:
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Ghee -1/4 cup
Carom seeds(ajwain)- 1 tbsp
Chat masala powder -1/2 tsp
