Ingredients
• Aloo-3
• Peanuts-50gms
• Curry Leaves-Few Sprigs
• Green Chilly-2
• Coriander Leaves-30gms
• Salt-To Taste
• Garam Masala-1Tsp
• Coriander Powder-1Tsp
• Refined Flour-1Tbsp
• Oil- For Shallow fry
• Butter-1Tsp

Recipe
1.) Mash Potatoes, add Peanuts, curry leaves, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder, coriander powder and rice flour.
2.) Make equal sized patties.
3.) Shallow fry the tikkis in oil and smear in some butter for flavour.
4.) Tikkis are ready to be served hot.
