RARE IN SINGAPORE - In 2005, Teh Chin Chaw discovered a cooking method using urns from Xi An, China and consulted Chinese medical practitioners for advise to boil the best healthy soup. Mr Teh decided to quit his job as a manager in a printing company to start his hawker journey. Every day, he would wake up at 5am to go to the market to buy the freshest ingredients. He has been enjoying this career for 13 years even though he needs to work 16 hours everyday. His Signature dishes are Ginseng Soup and Great Heal Duck Soup which only sell at $7.
