Dudhi Muthiya our Home Chef Varsha.

Here is how you can make this recipe :

Dudhi Muthiya
Ingredients
• Garam Flour (besan ) – ½ cup
• Whole wheat Flour- 3 tbsp
• Bottle gourd (dhudhi) grated – 1 cup
Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
• Garam masala -1/2 tsp
• Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
• Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Ajwain – ½ tsp
• Coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice – ½ no
• Sugar - ½ tsp
• Soda bicarbonate – ½ tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
• Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
• Curry Leaves – 8-10

Method :-

• In a bowl add besan, whole wheat flour, grated bottle gourd, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste , Ajwain, coriander chopped, salt , lemon juice, sugar, soda bicarbonate and water and mix well,
• Heat water in a steamer. Grease a tray with oil .
• Now make small muthiya and place it on the grease tray.
• Place the tray in a steamer and Cover and steam the muthiya for 7-8
• After 7-8 min insert a knife and check .
Once done remove it from the steamer.
• Now heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and saute add muthiya and tossed well.
• lastly add chopped coriander and tossed well
• Remove it in a bowl and serve hot.
