A dry prawn with tomato masala is made dry prawns cooked with ridge gourd in a flavourful spicy tomato masala.

Ingredients:
Red chilly powder 2 Tablespoons
Tomatoes chopped 3 Numbers
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoons
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Oil 3 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Onions chopped 1 Numbers
Whole garam masala (all) 1 Numbers
Ridge gourd (luffa) 150 Grams
Dry prawns 75 Grams
Coriander powder 1 Tablespoons
Tamarind juice 1/2 Cup
Garam masala 1 Tablespoons
Coriander leaves 1 Bunch

Directions:
1. Heat oil in pan add dry prawns (soaked in the water for 1 minute) and fry them and take it aside.

2. In the same oil add whole garam masala, chopped onions; cook these onions till golden color.

3. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, add chopped tomatoes, salt, coriander powder, red chilly powder, mix it up and lid on cook for few minutes.

4. In this add ridge gourd, tamarind juice, water, put the lid on cook for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes add dry prawns, and cover it, let it cook for1 minutes in a slow flame.

5. After 2 minute switch off the flame, Add garam masala, coriander leaves.

6. Serve this hot with rice.
