Ingredients/Method
250 gms pitted dates
2-4 tbsp coconut Oil
1 cup dry fruit
1/4 cup sesame seeds.

- Powder dry fruit or blend it to form coarse mixture. Chop up or blend dates as well. Fry them lightly with coconut oil and fill the dates paste with dry fruit after spreading dates evenly on a parchment paper. Roll the mixture. Sprinkle Sesame seeds on top and cut after everything has solidified in the fridge for few hours. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
