Double Chocolate Praline Cake
Ingredients:
Measurement cup – 200 ml

Fresh curd – 3/4th cup
Brown sugar -1/2 cup
Caster/refined sugar – 1/4th cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Dark Cooking chocolate – 1/4th cup melted
Refined oil/melted salted butter – ½ cup
Wheat flour(Atta) - 1 cup
Cornflour/Custard powder – 1 tbsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/4th tsp
Salt – a pinch
Milk - 1/4th cup
Hot water – 3 tbsp
Instant coffee powder – 1 tsp

Cashew praline :
Cashews – 1/4th cup chopped
Sugar – 1/4th cup

5 mins easy whipped chocolate ganache :
Whipping/Heavy cream - 100gms/1/2 cup
Dark chocolate - 200 gms/1 cup finely chopped
Salted butter - 1 tbsp
