Dominique Ansel Bakery in Japan - Frozen S'mores and Cookie Shots | Japanese Eats

The much anticipated Dominique Ansel Bakery opened their first outlet in Tokyo, Japan on June 2015. Dominique Ansel is a genius chef known for his famous Cronut creation in New York, a hybrid pastry between croissant and donut.

This video features two treats: the cookie shot, and the “Frozen S’more,” which is a block of Tahitian vanilla ice cream frozen onto a wooden stick that’s covered with chocolate flakes, enrobed in honey flavored marshmallow and then torched to order.
