1.Hilsa-2piece(300gm)
2.Mustard paste(made of Black and Yellow Mustard)-2tbsp
3.Curd(Doi)-2tbsp
4.Milk-2tsp
5.Turmeric powder-a pinch
6.Green Chilli-2
7.Mustard oil-2tbsp
8.Salt-to taste
9.Jaggery-to taste
