For Curry -
Ghee - 1 tsp
Cardamoms - 2
Cinnamon Stick- 1
Cloves - 4
Bay leaf - 1
Onion - 1 medium size
Garlic cloves - 5
Curd / Yoghurt - 2 tbsp
Green chillies - 2 green chillies
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Another Method of preparing Doi Maach
For Marination -

Ginger - 1/2 tsp
