Equipment:
• Griddle (preferred): http://amzn.to/1GEoS3z
• Deep Fryer (optional): http://amzn.to/1R12nLH

Ingredients:
• Giant Flour Tortillas (or small ones)
• 80/20 Ground Beef
• Taco Seasoning Packet
• Latin Rice (White rice w/cilantro)
• Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
• Sour Cream
• Taco Bell Sauce (mild, medium, hot)
• Spicy Nacho Doritos

Batter:
Refer to Arby's Curly Fries Batter Here: http://bit.ly/1G1fBIb

Lava Sauce:
• 1.5 Cups Red Hot
• 6 Tbsp Butter
• 1 Tsp Corn Starch
• 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
• 1 Tsp Paprika
• 1/2 Tsp Granulated Sugar
• 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
• 1/4 Cup Cheese Sauce
• 1/4 Cup Creamy Horseradish Sauce

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Directions:
1.) Brown ground beef, add seasoning packet and water let simmer until package says your done. Usually this is about 10-15 minutes.

2.) Lava Sauce: Add hot sauce and melt butter. Add ingredients listed and mix until thick. Let this cool down before adding in your horseradish cream sauce. This will be used to make it creamy with a kick.

3.) Grease up 1 flour tortilla, spread on your Lava sauce and sprinkle on your Mexican cheese blend. Grill until it's got a nice crispy exterior.

4.) With a large separate flour tortilla add in your ground beef, Latin Rice, Mexican Cheese Blend, Lava Sauce & sour cream and roll it up just like you would a burrito.

5.) Now place this on your open faced cheesy quesadilla and roll it up as an outer layer.

6.) Combine ingredients for your spicy batter. Refer to Arby's Curly Fry recipe for the batter or make your own.

7.) Grind up Spicy Nacho Doritos in a food processor.

8.) Dunk your entire Quesarito into the spicy batter and then roll it in your Doritos.

9.) Deep fry at 350°F for a few minutes or until crispy golden color.

10.) Slice in half and drizzle on top your sour cream, hot sauce and lava sauce and you've got yourself a Spicy Nacho Doritos encrusted deep fried smothered volcano Quesarito.

I would recommend trying your best to remember the long title b/c what an epic way to tell your friend what you're having for dinner.
