Recently I took a trip to Minnesota to attend their State Fair. While there, I knew I had to stop in at Matt's Bar in Minneapolis to try out their famous Jucy Lucy burger. And when I got back home from the trip, I just knew I had to try and recreate it in my kitchen. So here goes!
