DIY In-N-Out 6x6 Animal Style | HellthyJunkFood

For some reason 6 just makes sense to me. If life hands you a burger, ask for 5 more and make this. Is there any good reason to make this? I can only think of everything. Mind you I do not promote this type of eating behavior, I just do it because I like it. I hope you can take something positive from this besides tears of pure happiness. Sometimes I need a good cry and layers of meat seems to do the trick.

• Sweet Onion
• Dill Pickel Chips
• Chopped Chilis
• Mustard

Spread Recipe:
• 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Directions:

1.) Using a scale, weigh out approximately 4 oz for each burger patty and press them out on wax paper preferably using the pie plate technique. Or you can always press them out by hand.

2.) Cut your onion into a small dice and saute in some oil over high heat to get a nice color, then drop the heat to medium and let them cook down for at least 20 minutes or more adding water periodically to the pan for moisture and to deglaze any onion crumbles.

3.) Grill your patties seasoned with salt & pepper and on the raw side while they are grilling add mustard. It tastes amazing!

4.) We decided to layer are burger with lettuce first as a barrier to all the grease that is about to go down. Then tomatoes, pickles and all 6 mustard grilled cheeseburgers ending with some chopped chilis and spread on top.
