These are great to make with kids, or great as a post gym snack, or perfect for curbing those Halloween candy cravings! You don't need to deprive yourself of your favorite holiday snacks, you just need to know how to make them with healthier ingredients and in portion controlled sizes! Enjoy!

Ingredients to make 6 of Adams Scotcheroos:

1 tbls coconut oil
2 tbls natural peanut butter (make sure it has one ingredient, peanuts!)
1 cup brown rice rice krispies (buy a brand that is healthier, has minimal ingredients and no added sugars. The brand we found just had 3 ingredients, the main one being brown rice)
20g protein powder
90g dark chocolate


Ingredients to make 6 of Stephanies Almond Joys:

1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
15g protein powder
1/4 tsp coconut sugar
90g dark chocolate (we used 60% cacao)
18 almonds
