I guess it all depends on your favorite position, but I think chicken should go inside a waffle instead of on top. It's easier to eat this way isn't it? I think we're just excited to have our first waffle iron so expect to see more of this in the future.

*This is a doubled up recipe, Please cut in half for less batter.
