INGREDIENTS:

Elephant Ears
* (1) cup all purpose flour
* (1) teaspoon baking powder
* (12) teaspoon salt
* (14) teaspoon ground cinnamon
* (1) tablespoon sugar
* (1) tablespoon cold butter
* (14) cup warm water
* (2) tablespoons warm milk
* (5 to 6) cups of vegetable oil, for frying
Topping
* (12) cup sugar
* (4) teaspoons ground cinnamon

Jalapeo Poppers
* (8) jalapeos
* (4) ounces cream cheese, room temperature 12 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
* Juice of 1 lime
* (12) teaspoon onion powder
* (14) teaspoon garlic powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
* (12) cup all purpose flour
* (14) teaspoon ground smoked paprika
* (1) large egg
* (14) cup milk
* (34) cup breadcrumbs

Kettle Corn
* (2) teaspoons coconut oil
* (14) cup popcorn kernels
* (3) tablespoons granulated sugar
* (12) teaspoon sea salt
