Makes 10 Servings

Equipment:
• Black Food Gels: http://amzn.to/2d1LqUT

Ingredients:
• 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni Noodles
• 1/4 Cup Butter
• 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
• 2 Cups Heavy Cream
• 1 Cup 2% Milk
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp White Pepper
• 1 tsp Dried Mustard
• 2 Cups White Cheddar Cheese
• Black Food Gel

Directions:

1.) Melt 1/4 Cup Butter in a sauce pan on medium high heat and add in 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour and whisk

2.) If it's too hot take it off the burger, but continue to whisk for at least a few minutes or until the flour is fully cooked

3.) Now whisk in 2 Cups Heavy Cream & 1 Cup Milk along with some seasoning and bring this mixture to a boil

4.) Finally add in the cheese and you've got your base cheese sauce

5.) Pour the amount of cheese you want to dye black into a separate bowl

6.) Add a few drops at a time until you reach the color you desire

7.) Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and as easy as that you've got black mac
