Lauki halwa (dudhi or bottle gourd) is famous India dessert. This halwa is rich in taste and texture from milk and khoya (mawa). Though we need khoya but you don’t need to rush to buy as we are going to create khoya’s grainy texture in our halwa only. This is signature style of making flavorful halwa with khoya but without adding khoya to halwa.
