Disco MathriIngredient. QuantityRefined flour 1 cupGram flour. 3/4 cupCarom seeds. 1/2 tspBlack pepper crushed. 1 tspTurmeric powder. 1/2 tspAmchur powder. 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder. 1/2 tsp + For sprinkleChaat Masala. For sprinkleSalt. to tasteGhee. 1 1/2 tbspWater. as requiredOil. For fryingMethod:Take mixing bowl, add refined flour, gram flour, carom seeds, black pepper crushed, Turmeric powder, amchur powder, red Chilli powder, salt and ghee, mix everything well.Add little water at a time, knead well to make a dough. Make small equal sized balls, take one of them and flatten with your hand, do not make it too thin. Repeat the step with all the other balls.Heat oil in pan and fry the Mathri on low flame till the mathri floats. this takes approx 6-8 min.
