These are easy to make and you can even freeze the batter for future cookies! Perfect for entertaining as you can make them ahead and defrost the batter for when it's time for dessert.Subscribe to my channel: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=cookingmexicanrecipeIngredients:1 cup butter, softened1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed1/2 cup sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract1 1/2 cup flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt3 cups old fashioned oats1 cups organic raisinsDirections:Preheat oven 350 degrees F.Combine the softened butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Then add the vanilla and eggs until well combined.Be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl frequently.In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Then add this mixture to the sugar and butter mixture and mix until all the dry ingredients are incorporated.Stir or mix in the oats and raisins.Drop by spoonfuls or use a small ice cream scoop onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.They will spread out a bit so space the dough accordingly.Bake anywhere from 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes before removing them to a cooling rack for complete cooling.Store cookies in an air tight container or ziploc bag.
