Muthiya Recipe.
Flours: Millet (30%), Besan or Gram (20%), Wheat Flour (50%)
Vegetables: bottle guard, green garlic, coriander leaves, green chilly.
1. Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion, saute.
2. Add butter milk, salt, turmeric powder boil for few minutes.
3. Add few steamed dhoklas.
Dudhina Muthiya, Rassawala Muthiya, Vagharela Muthiya.
