Hello friends, today I've shared a very delicious and easy recipe of sabut moong/green gram which is healthy too. By using this method you can easily make dhaba style moong tadka in no time. So try it and always welcome your feedback, Thanks.
Note: 1:you can use red chilli powder
2: Add tadka of ghee and red chilli powder to give dhaba style look.
Ingredients:
for boiling:
green gram/sabut moong:1 cup(soak overnight)
watre:1 1/2 glass
salt:pinch of
turmeric powder: pinch of
for paste:
tomato:2
green chilli:3
ginger:1 inch
garlic:3-5 cloves
for tadka:
oil:2tbsp
bay leaves:2
dry red chilli:2
cinnamon:1/2 inch
green cardamom:2
cloves:2
cumin seeds:1/4th tsp
onion:1
asafoetida(hing): pinch of
for seasoning(masala):
turmeric powder:1/4th tsp
coriander powder:1 tsp
garam masala: 1/4th tsp
salt: as per taste
ghee:1 tsp
coriander leaves for garnishing
