INGREDIENTS
2 slices castella cake
Matcha powder, as needed
Chocolate pen (white), as needed
Mixed fruits, as needed
2 star shaped chocolates

PREPARATION
1. Cut the castellate into triangle shapes. Dust some Matcha powder.

2. With the chocolate pen, draw lines on (1). Place some mixed fruits and star chocolates.

3. Insert a wooden stick into each castellate piece (2).

4. Enjoy!
