Vegetarians, you should definitely try it!DESI STIR FRYIngredients7-8 button mushrooms, cut into halves3-4 spring onion bulbs, cut into quarters1 small carrot, peeled cut into triangles and boiled7-8 baby corns, cut into quarters and blanched10-12 cauliflower florets, blanched7-8 French beans, cut diagonally and blanched2 small green capsicums, cut into triangles1 tbsp ghee1 tsp cumin seedsA pinch of asafoetida1 tsp Tata Sampann Garam MasalaSalt to taste½ lemonSpring onion greens for garnishMethod1. Heat ghee in a nonstick wok, add cumin seeds once it changes colour add asafoetida and button mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes.2. Add spring onion bulbs, carrots, baby corn, cauliflower, French beans and green capsicum, toss well.3. Add Tata Sampann Garam Masala and salt. Toss well and squeeze lemon juice and mix well.4.
