desi ghee - clarified butter in 3 easy steps @Cooking with Asifa

Ingredients :
Butter 1 kg

Direction to make Clarified Butter / Desi-Ghee:

Add butter in a pan and keep it on low flame. Butter will melt down and keep stirring to avoid burns. Once the butter melts completely increase the flame to medium.
slowly you can see white foam forming on top of the melted butter, then you can see the thick foam forming in light brown color it means Desi-ghee will be ready in a few minutes.
Strain the light brown lumps with strainer, now ghee is ready.
