Frankie shows us how to spice up your usual meatball game with flavorful currants, turmeric and lamb.Ingredients1 lb ground lambCurrantsCumin seedsBlack pepper2–3 garlic clovesPaprikaTurmericCurry powder1 cup plain yogurt1 lime1–2 Tbsp honeyMint leaves, choppedPomegranate seedsSteps1.) Soak the currants in water.2.) In a mortar and pestle, combine cumin seeds, black pepper and garlic cloves. Grind to combine. Add paprika, turmeric, curry powder and grind into the mix.3.) Add spice mixture, salt and currants to the lamb meat and combine with hands. Make smallish golf-ball-sized meatballs. Set aside.4.) Heat the skillet. Add olive oil, and brown the meatballs on all sides. Lower heat and cover to cook through.5.) In a bowl, combine yogurt, honey, chopped mint and lime zest.6.)
