Mutton cheese Shawarma

Ingredients for Vinaigrette Veggies Preparation:
Cucumber (julienne) 1 cup
Tomato (julienne) 1 cup
Onion (julienne) 1 cup
Carrots (julienne) 1 cup
Vinegar 1 cups

Ingredients for Tahini Sauce:
Sesame seeds 1 cup
Olive oil 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Mutton Marination:
Mutton boneless 1 kg
Papaya paste 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil (for brushing)


Ingredients for Assembling:
Shawarma bread as required
Tahini Sauce as required
Vinaigrette veggies as required
Prepared mutton as required
Nurpur Cheddar Cheese slice as required
Chili garlic sauce as required
Directions for Vinaigrette Veggies Preparation:
1. In a bowl add, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, carrots and vinegar. Mix it well. Soak it for 10-15 mins.
Directions for Tahini Sauce Preparation:
2. In a blender add sesame seeds, olive oil. Blend it well then add salt, blend and make a smooth paste.
Directions for Mutton Marination Preparation:
3. In a bowl add boneless mutton, papaya paste, red chili flakes, salt, red chili powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar, and. Mix it well and marinate it for half hour.
Directions for Mutton Preparation:
4. Now thread boneless mutton into the skewers.
5. Now grill it on coal and cook for 10-12 mins or until the meat is full cooked.
Note: keep brushing it with oil while cooking.

6. Now take a shawarma bread spread tahini sauce, add vinaigrette veggies, mutton boti, nurpur cheddar cheese slices, chili garlic sauce, and roll it into a shawarma
7. Mutton Cheese shawarma is ready.
