Add spinach and blanch for 1-2 minutes. Remove from hot water and transfer it into chilled water. Soak them for 1-2 minutes.2- Now stain water from palak and set aside. 3- In a blender add boiled palak, moong daal, ginger, and green chilies, water blend all ingredients together and make a mixture. Directions for chicken cheese toppings: 1- In a bowl add chicken, onion, tomatoes, sweet corn, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, white pepper, black pepper, and cheddar cheese, and mix it well. 2- You chicken cheese mixture is ready.
