Delicious and healthy GRAIN BOWL - Vegetarian - Kimchi tofu lentils cilantro

One of MANY possible iterations on a grain bowl! Learn how to make a five-topping bowl here.

1. Cook grains - in this case rice - and place in a bowl
2. Add lentils on one side of grain bowl
3. Chop separately cucumber, kimchi, cilantro and add to bowl
4. Fry tofu cubes 2-3 minutes both sides and arrange on bowl
5. Top with honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce

This is vegan only if your kimchi contains no animal ingredients -- check the label carefully if this is a concern.
