200 ml rice vinegar
50g salt

8 MEAL PREP
・Blanched Spinach
・Shredded carrot
・Salted and Squeezed Cucumber
・Salted and Squeezed Daikon (Yuzy Daikon)
・Broccoli Olio
1 head of broccoli
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic in olive oil or olive oil
・Shio Koji Simeji
1 pack Shimeji mushroom
1 tsp Shio Koji or a pinch of salt and 1 tsp Mirin
・Sauteed red bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp herb salt (your favorite flavor salt)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
・Simmered flat bean
1 pack flat bean (150g)
3 tbs water
1/2 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tbs Mirin
A handful of Katsuobushi(10~15g)
