If you are hungry and not in a mood to cook you will get all the nutrients , if you have one serving of this revitalizer.Preparation Time: 5 minutesCooking Time: 5 minutesMakes 1 glass Ingredients1/4 cup dates (khajur) , deseeded1 cup milk1/2 banana1 tbsp honey4 to 6 ice cubesMethod1. Heat the milk in a broad non-stick pan, add the dates and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and soak the dates in it for 10 to 15 minutes till the dates soften and the milk is cold. Keep aside.2. Combine the date-milk mixture, banana and honey alongwith ice-cubes and blend in a mixer till smooth.3. Serve immediately.
