Fresh out of the viral oven is a new batch of kitchen chaos, food fumbles and culinary confusion as chefs Anne Burrell and Darnell "Superchef" Ferguson welcome 12 technically savvy but culinary challenged recruits to boot camp! They may be all the buzz on social media, but nothing about their kitchen skills are trending. The challenges are more outrageous than ever with games inspired by the latest social media trends and viral moments like Poke-Bowl-Go, Cake or Fake and Ice-Bucket Trivia. Anne and Darnell will have eight weeks to transform them from kitchen zeroes to culinary heroes, and the last recruit standing will walk away with a $25,000 prize while their mentor wins ultimate bragging rights.

Grilled Chicken Wings with Honey Sriracha Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Rub:

1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
3 full chicken wings, broken down into flats and rounds
Canola oil, to brush the grill
Brown sugar, to sprinkle (about 1/4 cup)

Honey Sriracha Sauce:

1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons sriracha
2 tablespoons mirin
1/2 tablespoon Dijon
1/2 tablespoon minced thyme
1/2-inch piece peeled ginger, minced

Directions

For the rub: Mix the garlic salt, onion powder and smoked paprika in a bowl, then rub all over the wings. Brush oil on a grill over medium heat and grill the wings on each side, covered with a bowl on top, until lightly charred and cooked through to 165 degrees F, 10 to 12 minutes per side. Remove the bowl for the last few minutes and sprinkle the wings with brown sugar.

For the sauce: Mix the honey, sriracha, mirin, Dijon, thyme and ginger in a bowl. Brush some of the sauce on the wings and place more on the side to dip.
