Dalmoth is a traditional namkeen, dry snack, It is one of popular snack in North India made from fried lentils, nuts, spices and sev.

Ingredients:
Masoor dal 1 Cup
Oil 2 Cup
Cashew nuts 10 Grams
dry red chilli 3 Numbers
Curry leaves 2 Springs
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoons
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Soak the Masoor dal in water for 6 to 7 hours.
2. Remove water from the whole Masoor dal and dry thick towel for 10 minutes spread out evenly so that all the water is removed. 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the Masoor dal till the dal becomes crispy and keep it on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
4. And also fry cashew nuts, dry red chilly, curry leaves.­­­
5. Take a bowl add fried Masoor dal, red chilli, cashew nuts, curry leaves
6. In this add red chilly powder, salt and mix it well.
