Dal Wada Pani

Ingredients Quantity

Green chilies 4 to 5no.
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Ginger 1 inch
Dry mango powder 1 ½ tbsp
Chaat masala 1tbsp
Jeera powder 1tsp
Lg hing 1tbsp + ½ tsp
Water as required + as required
Salt to taste + to taste
Black salt ½ tsp
Lemon juice ½ tbsp
Urad dal 1cup
Moong dal ¼ cup
Whole jeera 1tsp
Ginger chopped 1tsp
Green chili chopped 1tsp
Oil for frying

Method

1. First take a mixing jar, add green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, dry mango powder, ginger, chaat masala, jeera powder, Lg hing, and water.
2. Now mix it properly in the jar and check if more water required.
3. Now remove it in a bowl and add salt to taste black salt and mix it.
4. Now add more water to make it slightly watery ,
5. Now add lemon juice in the Pani and mix it and our Pani is ready, keep aside till we make wadas.
6. Now take urad dal and moong dal and soak it for almost 4 to 5 hours, after soaking it strain the water from the dal.
7. Now take a mixing jar again, add Lg hing and water, mix it again in the jar. 8. Now remove the mixture in a bowl, add salt to taste, whole jeera seeds, and ginger chopped, green chilies chopped and mix it properly. 9. Now on other side switch on the gas to fry the wadas. 10. Now take the water in a bowl for frying wadas.
11. Make sure the pani should be spicy and mouth watering.
12. Now check if the oil is hot or not.
13. Now dip your hand in the water and take batter little little and put for frying.
14. Make sure the oil is heated up properly so when you put wadas for frying it should come up immediately.
15. Now fry it golden brown.
16. Once wadas are fried put it directly in the pani you made.
17. Let the wadas be In the pani for at least 30 mins, it should be super soft.
18. After 30 mins our dal Wada pani is ready to eat.
19. Serve in a bowl.
